Booking Appointments
Our services require a 50% deposit to secure and confirm your booking; the remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash and card payments. If a deposit has not been paid, then we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. In the case of a no-show, 100% of the booked service fee will be charged. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you arrive at the wrong branch and miss your appointment. Please check your booking confirmation for the correct location.
